how do I set-up Canadian sales tax added to the listed price based on each provinces rate?

I can't figure it out. I can only select one province and post their tax rate.

Does anyone know how to include all the province's tax rates so that the ebay system knows what sales tax to charge depending on the province in Canada the person that buys my item?
