The neutral does not affect the seller's feedback either positively or negatively. More to the point, how do you change the Detailed Seller Ratings you left before the transaction was completed to your satisfaction? DSRs are much more important to your seller's ability to list and sell.

You can leave a Response to any feedback, your own or the seller's, indefinitely. Like feedback, the most effective Responses are calm and factual.
