A buyer wants a refund how do i do it

Log on to your PayPal account

Find the transaction (payment from buyer)

Click on "Details"

Click on "Issue a refund"

Enter the "Refund Amount"

Write a message to buyer to indicate the reason for the refund

Press Continue
