how do you send an invoice before the buyer buys the item? when i hit my sold tab it says there is nothing to display

Hi fallenangel.. when i check your completed listings i do not see a sold item. 3 ended on the 24th and relisted. Neither do i see any offers on current. ?

Perhaps i misread. Cannot send an invoice for unsold. Any action would be an off ebay transaction.
