Hello 'fangjune',
It sounds like you have not set up your personal Account preferences to best suit your own needs.
So first, click on the My eBay at the top of the page, then find the Account tab and click that.
Then select Communication Preferences from the Left side column.
To the far right of the Communication Preferences bar, find Show All and click that.
You will see all the options there are.
But what you want to do now is scroll waaaaaay down to where it says Promotions and Surveys
hidden at the bottom.
Uncheck all the ones you do not want and then be sure to click Save.
That should do the trick.
