how to contact buyer who doesn't reply to emails

Hi, I've received 3 emails from a buyer asking when his item will arrive. I've replied to each one (to the hotmail account he sent them from), but he keeps saying I haven't replied, and sounds more anxious every time. I'm worried I'll get another negative feedback "seller didn't respond to emails" or something like that. I requested his user profile and it doesn't list an email address. I expect I'll have to telephone him and add the long distance call to all the other charges us sellers get stuck with. Does anyone have any better ideas on how to deal with this problem?

Email him through the "contact member" link. If his hotmail spam blocker is filtering out your email address, it won't filter out eBay. If his problem is that his hotmail is so full of penis enlargment ads that he can't find your reply, chances are this won't help because he won't notice eBay's reply either. If it doesn't work, call him. While you're at it, tell him to get his email cleaned up so he can be communicated with!

When I've discovered this happening with a bidder's QTS during an auction, I've been cancelling their bids and adding them to my BBL. Pre-emptive strike...who needs that sure-to-be after-auction grief?
