how to remove the descriptionof item purchased under feedback left.want it private or slashed out

When feedback is left on my page I want the description of the item to be private or slashed out,
can anyone please explain to me how I can do this.

The only way it can be marked private is if the seller has a private listing.

You cannot slash it out.

As long as you use the same ID for selling and buying you cannot make your

feedback private either.

A lot of sellers have a different ebay account which they use for buying to avoid this.
