how to unsubscribe from receiving emails from e-bay. I looked in "accounts" and cannot see how

I do not want to receive any more emails from e-bay. When i asked this quuestion under "help" I see that others have this problem. It was suggested to go to the my account, which i did, but cannot see how to unsubscribe. HELP!
