i am a first time user of ebay and when i try to buy an item i get a technical error and the purchase wont go through, why is that?

when i try to buy an item it will give me a yellow triangle error and say technical issue and the purchase will not go through, any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Is the item in a different country from you? Sellers sometimes will not sell to other countries.

2. Have you ever bid and not paid for an item? If so you may have UNPAID strikes on your account - and sellers can block buyers that have UNPAID Strikes recorded.

Can you ask the seller a question - see if they will help. Often sellers are very busy or away, so give time for a reply.
