i'am new to ebay and iam need help with Import duties, taxes and charges, your help would mean alot to me

i'am buying a video game from the US for 18 dollars(shipping included) and i'am wondering if iam going to pay any extra money when it arrives here? i live in Canada. here is what the seller posted

Since the total cost of your item is less than $20.00 you will not pay any taxes,duty,etc. on the item. For an item valued at more than $20.00, you pay the GST,PST/HST plus possible duty,based on which province you reside in.
