hi, can I stop seller leaving me negatif feedback, I bought many items, paid for some ask him to wait for the others but hr did not unpaid items for 2 items close, have 1 more item to pay, do I pay or what, can he leave negatif feeback, I am new, try to email him but it is like a machine answering back, thank you for your help

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers. So the worst you will get is none at all. If he filed - and subsequently closed - 2 Unpaid Item cases against you, - you realize this has greatly impaired your ability to continue bidding and buying on ebay. Most sellers have autoblocks against people with 2 or more Unpaid strikes. A seller cannot close a dispute until 8 days after it is opened, -- why did you not pay for the items and save yourself?

More importantly, -- why did you not contact the seller before buying anything and make sure he agrees and understands that you wish to combine multiple purchases? Oh well, it's water under the bridge now, but for your own reference, have a look at the following link in which ebay tells about Unpaid Items:

I did try to contact him, but he was very strict about payment, lesson learn ,thank you for your help

BTW dmil,a seller can close an unpaid item dispute as soon as 4 days after opening it. He can open the dispute as soon as 4 days after the listing ends. This is a total of 8 days as the minimum time after a listing ends,to leave an unpaid item strike for a non paying buyer.
