i have e-mailed seller asking when he will be shipping what i bought he said he did... but on my purchase history he did not even ship it??

Hi im new buyer i have purchased an item paid for but wasnt shipped e-mail seller he said he shipped it out yesturday but on my purchase list its not even shipped out what can i do i have e-mailed him twice everything i bought has been shipped but that one its been 3 days but i dont understand he told me he shipped it?

He may very well have shipped the item but just didn't mark the item as shipped. You are fully covered by PayPal buyer protection if your item never arrives. Wait at least three weeks and contact the seller about the item.if the seller doesn't answer or isn't helpful,you can open an item not received dispute with PayPal. You have a maximum of 45 days to open the dispute,open it no later than day 43 to be safe.
