You have 60 days to leave feedback. If no refund, you can leave negative feedback. Dont name call or accuse, be factual. On the star rating, do not leave 0 (zero) stars, leave 1 if you are unhappy. Be aware that seller can respond to your feedback, so it is important to be professional about it.
