You can use the report listing button on the listing as they should not be selling something that they don't have. If you have already paid, ask them for a refund. If they ask you to cancel the sale, do not agree until you have the refund. If you want to leave feedback for the seller, you can still do so even if the transaction has been cancelled.

I don't think that it is a scam...just bad customer service.

"International Day" for 6 days?    hmm.  I just left feedback for an item from China rec'd today and my seller sent me FB (not an auto one) I've bought from them before.  Guess my seller doesn't celebrate International Day (s)!

Checked  Google website for information about International Day. There does not appear to be any such thing.

I'd file an Item Not Received dispute immediately and get my money back.
