Let me get this straight, - you ordered something on Oct 10th, and in the small hours of the morning of the 16th you are wondering why you do not yet have it, ... is that it?
Have you paid? If you do not pay the only thing you get is an Unpaid strike. Did you pay with an e-cheque? Those can take up to 10 days to clear, and a seller cannot ship the item until that time.
Even if you involved a credit card and paid immediately, - unless you ordered from your neighbour across the street, there is simply no way any mail order item will get to you in three business days. Three weeks is more like it.
If you are worried about non-arrival, however, here are a few facts: You have 45 days from the time you pay for an item to file a claim for non-receipt and get your money back. That's a bit more than 6 weeks. Lots of time.
If you have not received your item after about 4 weeks, you should contact the seller and inquire about it. If that does not yield a satisfactory conclusion, - you may need to open a claim. Do that no later than day 43 (the 6 week point) just to be safe.
Do not let a seller delay you past the deadline to file a claim. Do not ever close a claim until you have either your money back, or your item. Once you close it, you cannot reopen it again, not ever. So if your seller promises to send a replacement (it will never arrive) and you do not open a claim, or you close one you started, -- you will get nothing. No item will come and you will never see your money again.
Shipments from overseas often take a long time, and 3-4 weeks from Asia is not unusual. Not like UK mail, which is super-fast. The following link will tell you what to do when there is a problem. There is a link to the Resolution Center should you need it:

However, according to your post it has not even been one week, so I'm sure your goodies will arrive very soon. You need to have the patience to wait for them. 🙂
