Was there no full address on the paypal invoice.

You could get their phone number from ebay.

Adter they pay you will get an email from paypal telling you what address to ship to.

You shouldn't ship until paypal tells you to.

Ship to the address in "details" of the buyer's payment in your PayPal account, always. As *katz said , an email should arrive acknowledging payment's arrival.
