I need help with canceling a report. the seller got back to me and is resolving the problem. they are sending me the new parcel i am expecting it on Friday may 27.

Don't close a dispute until you actually receive your purchase and are satisfied with it.

If there is a problem you will not be able to open a new dispute you are only permitted one dispute per transaction.

If it is coming from China DO NOT close the dispute until you have it.

The phoney 'replacement' is a well-worn scam from (mostly) Asian sellers.

In some cases there never was any thing to send. In most cases, the replacement is never sent. In some cases the replacement is no better than the original.

Do not close the Dispute.
