Do you mean the item did not match your personal expectations, or that it did not match the seller's description? There's a difference.

If the item does not match the seller's description the first thing to do is contact the seller and gently explain the problem. Here is the link that tells you all about how to resolve issues:

If you are returning an item for reasons of Significantly Not As Described, and you paid from a paypal account, you can use the Resolution Center link and open a dispute from there. Follow the instructions you are given:

If, however, you paid with a credit card at the checkout, your option is to call the 1-800 Customer Service number on the back of the card and inquire about how to proceed with a chargeback through the card company. Have all the receipts, the statement, and any relevant documents in front of you when you call.
