What do you expect to hear from ebay???
What do you mean you haven't made a withdrawl,
Do you mean you haven't withdrew the money you received
for your sales,
If so that is Paypal not ebay.
You can withdraw at any time except if you withdraw less
than $150.00 there is a 50 cent fee.
It takes about 3 business days to have a withdrawl completed.

New seller status ends once you've met all the following criteria:
It's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale.
You've completed more than 25 domestic sales transactions.
You have more than US$250 in total sales.
Paypal will continue to hold your funds for 90 days until you meet all of those criteria. But you
should be able to withdraw for sales more than 90 days ago. If not, phone Paypal.
