Hi, so i posted a phone for sale and i violated ebays trademark policy but i already shipped the item to the buyer and his messages are gone to so i cant contact him am i still going to get my money or is ebay going to take it back?;and is ebay going charge me a extra fee?

If the buyer paid with PayPal, you have all his contact information there, including his email address and user ID.
Without more information about the "trademark" thing, I really don't know what you should do.

Did you ship BEFORE the buyer paid?
Then probably not. You gave him a gift.
If he paid, you will find his information on your Paypal account.
No, eBay won't charge you extra or take the payment.
The question has to do with trademark laws, which are mostly commercial questions.
The only difference is if you sold a counterfeit (replica, ripoff, imitation) which is a criminal offence.
Just don't do it again.

Contact the buyer via email (located in your paypal acc't) and reassure him that his item is on its way. Buyers get very nervous when their purchased items disappear, so he may be more fearful than you are.
You will get your money but if you only sell occasionally paypal will hold the cash for 21 days before releasing it to you:
