Hi, I just bought an item from a seller in Europe, initially he had the wrong shipping amount to Canada under the shipping and payments tab on the listing so when I checked out it wasn't enough on the shipping charge for what he put in the description and he refunded the whole amount via PayPal [it came to 9.80 euros in total, should have been 11.00 euros].
He sent me a new invoice for the correct amount of 11.00 euros, but when I click "Pay Now" it shows a total of 20.80 euros [3.00 for the item, 8.00 for the shipping, and it shows the original amount of 9.80 as "You were charged an additional fee of 9.80 from _____"].
I've tried clearing cookies and using different browsers, but this extra charge keeps coming up, and he's even sent me a second new invoice again for 11.00 euros. So the total is correct on the invoice but not at the eBay check out.
Is this some sort of glitch related to the refund that will clear itself up in 24 hours or something like that, or is it a checkout glitch anyone else is having? Haven't managed to find any other posts that sound similar, but I'm not sure if maybe I'm not getting the right search terms.
