Report them.
You probably won't see any response but a standard boilerplate thankyou.
But the seller will be on eBay's radar especially if several others also report the problem.
If the problem is egregious, eBay may end the auctions or may restrict the seller's account.
There is a Report button on every listing, somewhere.
