Hi
The highest bidder ask me to cancel her bid.
Is there a way to do it so the 2nd highest bidder becomes first and auction still continue?
Please need help fast, before auction ends in few hours.

Canceling bidsIn general, sellers shouldn’t cancel bids on their listings. However, there are a few legitimate reasons for doing so:
A bidder contacts you to back out of the bid.
You cannot verify the identity of the bidder after trying all reasonable means of contact.
You end your listing early.
Note: Bids cannot be reinstated after they've been canceled. To cancel a bid:
Go to the Canceling bids placed on your listing page.
Enter the item number, the user ID of the bid you’re canceling, and the reason you’re canceling the bid.
Click the cancel bid button.

While I prefer to show reluctant bidders how to cancel their own bids, which shows on their feedback page and can actually lead to action from eBay, I would never actually refuse to cancel a bid.
Who needs the hassle of chasing a reluctant or vindictive bidder, especially if one has that rara avis, the underbidder who is willing to pay?
But add the canceller to your Blocked Bidder List.
