I had a non paying buyer and went to do the report a buyer when leaving feedback for my other customers and inadvertanly reported the wrong guy. is there a way to cancel that or someone to contact?

Look at the Unpaid Item Claim again. There is a place to tick off "We have resolved the problem" or words to that effect.
And send a note to the guy apologizing and explaining what happened.
