my currency has been changed to Canadian. How can I swap it back to U.S. currency?

I purchased an item from Canada.. it was damaged before it was shipped so the seller issued a refund through pay pal, ever since my currency has been swapped to Canadian.

Hi .. address bar at top , logged onto ebay.ca Canada site. Sign out above and return home to www.ebay.com and all will return to normal.
