It is slow for a lot of sellers right now but more than 10% of your feedback given in the last year are negatives or neutrals.....that isn't good at all. As Poco said you are probably at the bottom of search. Plus, many potential buyers will be wary of buying because of your low feedback percentage.

Just notice too and even if your policy you should probably not advertise in feedback reply with the whole return shipping thing... Most good sellers would pay it in most cases except for reason like I just don't want it anymore...
I read your feedback and it tells me I might buy some desribed as new or working and recieve it not working and be out $50 shipping for nothing..
If you sell something and is doesn't work why would a buyer want to be out $50 for you mistake ... I would give any seller that did that a big red NEG too which I have never given a neg so that should tell you something...
Ebay rules may not be whats best for a business but best for there business trying to keep all parties involved at bay ....
If I were you and a customer received something they say is not working I would get them to return and test it and if not working you should give them 100% refund and if it is working provide them proof then explain and deny shipping refund...
It would be in your best inerest to adopt some new practices to avoid being kicked off ebay ... I am making some myself like closing my store so I don't have to worry anymore LOL ..
