Hi, My suppliers in China had problems with China Post and China Customs end of August till end of September. 80% shipments did not arrive. 3 of my suppliers said they re-shipped, nothing received for 2 months. Now they are stalling with the refunds and it is too late for Paypal claim. Any other suggestion besides negative feedback is appreciated.

Did you fund your paypal payments with a credit card?If so,it is your only hope for a refund.Call the 1-800 number on the back of the card and request chargebacks for all items that never arrived.Have all transaction details ready when you call.You will have to do a separate chargeback for each item.

Never let sellers string you along until the dispute deadlines expire.

The feedback time limit is 60 days after the listing ends.Don't let this deadline expire as well.

The word is not stalling, it is lying. You will never see your items because they were never mailed. In fact, they sellers never had them if they ever existed at all.

Phone the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card you attached to your Paypal account. Ask for a chargeback. Have all the transaction numbers, dates and values handy for the clerk to process your refund.

You had only 45 days for a Paypal claim. In future, mark Day 30 on the calendar. If you don't get the item by then, ask for a refund immediately. If you don't get the refund, start the Paypal claim.

You have only 60 days for feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual.

In addition, you will be asked to leave Detailed Seller Ratings. A normal transaction gets a Five. If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3, his ability to sell is restricted and this can last for up to a year or be permanent. The lowest Rating is a ONE, which should be reserved for theives, like these.

I had the same problem with a seller, but from New York...he stalled and stalled, saying he was "working on it"...finally, I put in a claim, only to be told that too much time had elapsed.  In the future, I will put in a claim immediately and I suggest that you do the same

I think ebay is in on the whole scam. It does take longer to ship to other countries. I have been willing to wait but no longer. ebay lets the sellers get away with this, they should be extending the time to complain to allow the extra shipping time.

 

It is stealing.

I had the same problem with a seller, he kept on stating that he mailed the product and kept on asking me to wait until the time was up. Now I can't get any help from Ebay or from Paypal. I guess the only thing I can do now is worn others about the seller. The seller is
