paypal shipping to Canada

For the last 24 hours I cannot use the Paypal shipping tools to print out a Canadian address,although I can print US addresses fine.It keeps coming up: Pay Pal shipping tools not available try again later. Is anyone else having this problem?.I tried pursuing it with Paypal but you know how that goes...Thanks

Had that once with international but I did create CA shipping labels yesterday PM and had no issues.

Is the street address over 40 characters long?

In rare cases it will not work, without there being an apparent reason. This has happened a few times over the years and PP support was unsupportive. However, it has to do with something on the buyer side I sensed. Perhaps the buyer having issues with his PP account?

In such cases we go directly to PP shipping and enter the address manually. That always seems to work.

Yes, his address was initially too long which I edited,but still didnt work.I think you're right ...it must be something on the buyers side.I will go the manual route.

When that happens I usually google the address to see if there is a mistake in the address...extra words etc.
