possible system problem with store search by title and description

Good Evening,

Seems I have a problem while doing a search of my store's items by title and description

I use this search very often when I am preparing new listings of cards and illustrators are frequent.

Example: I have many cards with illustrations by V.Voronin and I can not find them in my own store.

However, when I do the ADVANCED SEARCH for COLLECTIBLES for title and descriptions, all my postcards appear there.

I tried two other sellers: found something in their stores, tried to search in their stores as DESCRIPTION and did not get anything as well...

Seems it is a common problem.

Could you please check your own stores?

If this is a problem for everybody, what is the proper way to report it to eBay?

If this is my problem only, may I get recommendation how to fix it?

It's not just you......fortunately normal eBay search is returning the correct results when the description box is ticked.

There has been a lot of weird stuff happening in the past couple of days.

The only real way to report the issue is over the phone, use the "call me" function is you feel so inclined.

No call to eBay!
