posting a presale item?

I try to post my preorder sale for the wii u, and it's not allowing me, keeps on gettng that red message on the top saying it has to meet the criteria , I did everything it said, and it's driving me nuts what's wrong with Ebay, so annoying. I have put the handling time to 30 days and my auction is for 7 days. it's already within 30 days.

According to another thread eBay is not allowing the listings yet another member was told to try again in two weeks.
