"Ships to Canada" shows even though I want to ship to both Canada and the US?

Hi All:

I am having trouble getting my listings to show that I ship to Canada and the US only.

Regardless of the settings, my listing shows "Ships to Canada" and nothing else.

I insert my settings details here . . .

What do I have to do to get something like "Ships to Canada and the US" to show up.

To have your listings show shipping to Canada and the USA, in addition to all the exceptions you have listed, you MUST offer a shipping service (Canada Post Expedited for example) and a shipping charge ($50.00 for example)

Without the specific shipping service and shipping charge, shipping to USA will not show up and your listing will not be seen on eBay.com.
