Im wanting to start selling on ebay but everytime i try to list it takes me to logging into my paypal account and when i try, it says "unable to use this paypal account to set up monthly payments" why!!! i have a paypal business acccount, i use my paypal all the time, the billing agreement with ebay IS IN my paypal preapproved payments, so why can i not do this?!? driving me nuts. thanks!!
