Item numbers vanish after 60 to 90 days. Regardless, your Order Details should be available under Purchase History on the top right-hand side of your Buying page when viewed on a desktop.
If you still cannot find it, go to paypal and look into your Account Activity and open an Item Significantly Not As Described claim against the seller. Be aware you will have to pay Return Shipping with Tracking, however, to get your money back for it.

Okay, that's different. Log out of this account you're using, clear your cache, history, cookies and restart your computer.
Find the Order Confirmation email that came to your email program Inbox upon completion of your Guest Checkout order and follow that link.
It will take you to your order history.
You can use a credit card to initiate a chargeback too. But try this first.

EBay's Buyer Protection only lasts for 30 days after delivery.
The item number should still be on your Purchase History in teeny tiny numbers below the Report Item link on the right side of the listing. (It's not part of the Report Item link, that's just how to find it.)
If you are past the 30 day deadline, go to Paypal.
You have 180 days after payment to open an Item Not As Described dispute on PP.
The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.
You have already contacted the seller* so ignore that and escalate to a Claim.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
*who lied about eBay handling shipping-- unless your seller used the Global Shipping Program?
