Hi ..No , cannot change but can leave a follow up to feedback left in feedback forum.
Have you contacted seller. Have 45 days to open an item not as described dispute.

feedback cannot be removed unless it violates ebay rules,
although feedback can be "REVISED",
a "follow up", if you will.
I would first try contacting the seller, and let them know of the problem(s) you are having, most around here take their reputation around here VERY seriously, your feedback should refect your dealings with every transaction(s), good or bad.
click on customer support (upper right corner)
go to "learning center",
type in "feedback revisions",
read.
works for me

Hello 'billablonde',
Depending on what the item is and where you bought it (or rather from whom) you may be able to get some form of restitution from contacting the seller and explaining the problem. Sometimes even a sincere apology can make a difference.
Otherwise you can reply to any feedback left for you and that green which you left for the seller. Go to your Feedback Profile page, and in the bottom left corner you will see Reply to Feedback received as well as Reply to Feedback left. Use those and scroll down to find the comment, then click the Reply link on the far right.
You only get one shot at it, you cannot redo it later nor add to it a further time, so give it a moment's thought first. The more civil your comments the more likely you will be believed by future buyers. If you want to read all about feedback policies, it's here:

Not much, but better than nothing. Best of luck. 🙂
