I sold an item and the buyer claims it dosent match the description, but it is a new part and the part number says it is what i listed it as. I have a no return policy and i said i would refund originial purchase price and the buyer shipped the item back for 3x the shipping rate i charged him and as cash on delivery. what should i do?

Hi.. A smart , underhanded buyer and not how the system works.
Want to advise refusing the package but concern is PayPal.
If its within 45 days and has delivery confirmation and a claim is filed with the # showing attempted delivery , PP may find for the buyer and refund.
Perhaps call PP @ toll free 1-888-221-1161
Perhaps other members will weigh in.

PS .. appealing a refund places buyer on PP's watch list but that's small consolation if you lose.
