Hello there. We are a Canadian Platinum Powerseller in good standing and have seen a drastic slow down in our US and Int'l (mostly Australia) business since Sept. We haven't changed anything and have complied with eBay's recent policy changes.
Our products are current and well priced and our customer service is tops. I understand the economy has been tough, but sales just don't disappear. Can anyone offer advice on what we're doing, or not doing? Did we miss something?

First thing to fix: "Returns: 7 day money back"
You should increase to a minimum of 14 days to improve your visibility through Best Match. This policy to a minimum of 14 days was changed a few months ago and may explain some of the decline.
"To attract more buyers during the holiday season, start replacing your 3- and 7-day return policy with a 14-day or better policy now."

Thanks, we will try that. Actually, I read that and wondered if that really made that big a difference so quickly.
