seller account has been restricted due to some reasons

I and my friends have auto parts business in local market. Some friends suggested me to make sales in eBay. I tried to run  a store in eBay 4 years ago, and spent much time and money to take care of this store, and sales grew up rapidly, the site performance reached to top seller level with good feedback. In this period, I met some cases issued, such as return, buyers made wrong order, select wrong items, but they were in normal situation and solved at all. I answer and solve them carefully and professionally. In April and May of 2014, there were many orders many orders unpaid, I didn't how to deal them. I had to cancel one by one because eBay assistant tool reminded customers again and again and buyers became inpatient and angry with it. My site performance could be lower and lower. Secondly, there were a few buyers often purchased wrong item, I had to make return and paid all shipping fees and lost.  As we know, auto parts are very professional items, years, engine model is different, the parts number is different,  when buyers placed orders without part# or details of car model, years and engine, I had to ask them some professional questions, if the information had been received  I had to make refund for these orders avoiding mistakes. As I saw our performance is reached standard level, I tried to contact with customers service for help, they didn't give me any help to deal with them until to below standard level.  My selling account has been restricted now. I contact with customer service for explanation, it seems no helpful, some guys said my unsuccessful transactions caused it, some said return caused it, that someone said I could wait for reviewing and valuing by eBay, and gave sellers opportunity annually. In fact I explain more, it became worse. Customer service said it was final decision. I still think it unfair decision. My positive feedbacks are 99%, Auto parts are standard industrial products, it is no is impossible to make wrong size if the part # and model is correct. I cancel the orders which buyers didn't leave an information about car model and years for buyers’ benefits, it is honest and responsible for my customers. For eBay store, I take much time and money to run it. The result makes me upset and disappointed. There was a customer service suggest me to sell auto parts in Amazon which is more professional. I think he is kind man, but I cannot try new online store again by years. However, many thanks for eBay, I learn much from it and gain rich experience of online sales.

Or if you are planning to start up again, then you will have the listing restrictions of a new seller.

If buyers were buying the wrong items, your listings did not have enough information for them to properly make a choice.

The service rep that suggested amazon was an idiot, the selling rules about cancellations and returns are much more restrictive than on eBay,
