On Sept 03 2013 i ordered 2 jumpsuits Transaction I.D. H6HG934312D1753722. Iten NO.160743500089. It was 2 jumpsuits one was a size S and the other was a size M. I received the order on Oct. 2. That same day i messaged them to let them know for 1 item they had sent the wrong size . I was sent an XS and a S. I told them the XS was no use to me and i need a M. They wanted me to send a picture as prof, so i took the pictures and sent them the same day. They were sorry for the trouble and will send out a M.in the mail right away. I offered to send the XS back if they sent me a prepaid envelope. They said it was ok all i had to do is wait for the item which would be ship out quickly.I Waited till Nov.25 2013 to send them messages that i have not received the M jumpsuit yet. They would not reply and ended the item. so i had a very hard time finding it.This is when i deceided to just place an new order and get them to cancel it, which they did. I explained to them about my size M jumpsuit they were to send me,but they say they do not know what i'm talking about.Right after that message was sent they closed the open case so i could no longer tell you what was going on. Could you please help me settle this conflict?
Best Wishes Nadine

Sept 25- order two jumpsuits
Seven days pass.
October 2- recieved two jumpsuits, one is wrong size.
October 2- tell seller of problem
October2 - seller promises replacement, incorrect item to be returned on delivery of replacement.
39 days pass
November 10 - last day to begin Item Not Delivered Dispute
15 days pass
November 25- replacement not received.
You are 60 days past the original transaction and 15 days too late to open a Paypal dispute. (Had you opened a Dispute, PP would have required you to return the item to the seller with Delivery Confirmation-- which to Asia -- Chinese seller right? this is a common ploy/scam- is very expensive.)
They would not reply and ended the item. so i had a very hard time finding it. Or they don't have any more stock of that item.
Right after that message was sent they closed the open case so i could no longer tell you what was going on. There was a Paypal claim? You did not mention that. Because there was no action on the Dispute, it is likely that it was closed by PP. You had only 45 days to open a Dispute with PP/eBay and the Dispute extends the deadline to 65 days (November 9, if my arithmetic is right).
So, what to do.
a) You are stuck with the jumpsuit. Wouldn't it make a nice present for someone?
b) You are too late to leave Feedback, but you can leave a Response to feedback left by either you or the seller. The most effective Responses are calm and factual. "Sent wrong size, did not replace as promised."
c)If you use PP to pay from your credit card, call the 1-800 customer service number about a chargeback. They may require returning the item. They may require proof of shipping They will not refund the cost of return postage. CC deadlines are longer than PP's.
BTW- The Standard Practice is that the buyer covers the cost of returning an unwanted item. While Best Practice is that the seller also refunds the cost of return when the problem was due to seller error, there is no way of enforcing this.
