I can't find any answers with regaurds to my problem and I don't want to start a claim if it is considered ok for the seller to do this.....
I bought some infant shoes, bid on them, won the auction, paid the buyer....and now he is saying he is going to cancel the purchase because he made a mistake while listing the auction and didn't set a minimum bid. So I am wondering if this is fair?
