sending extra pictures through ebay

Some time ago ebay stopped allowing seller/buyers from sharing e-dresses, and added a button to messages received through ebay where a seller can add pictures to a reply. 
On two occasions I have had need of this service, and neither time did it work.  Any ideas?  Does it work for everyone else, or it is a setting on my computer or...........

The pictures are too small and lacking of detail for my needs.  To get an address so that you can send a proper picture ask that it be sent in the form:  sisters at weird.

Thanx - "still here"  I do give the disguised e-dress, but just wondering if and why the optuion that ebay initiated does indeed work for everyone but me??

I also cannot get this to work.  Does anyone know how this works?  I tried ebay Help, but got hung up on twice and gave up.

It worked for me about five times already - I use RESPOND or SEND A MESSAGE related to certain item, then I press ATTACH PHOTO.

The size of my photos is usually 550 x 741.

There is an "Attach Photo" button near the top of the text box.

I once had a customer request higher quality photos for an item. The pictures I had were too large, so I uploaded them to my Photobucket account and gave the customer the links to the specific pictures.
