sold an item to a client and the client requested a return because they had to item

I sold a book to a client on ebay and the client received the book. The client already had the book and requested a return for the book. The return request is in process and now she wants to keep the book and cancel the return request. Does the client cancel the return request and how does she go about canceling the request because she does not want to return the book anymore.

I think the buyer can go into the case in the resolution centre and close the return request.  Also I have read on these boards that if just left, and no tracking info added, it will simply run out and close itself.  You don't need to do anything.
