someone posted a worn outfit as new? is that allowed?

There is a indian bridal outfit posted as new, but i asked the seller if its really new, they said no it was worn once so it is still considered new.

The seller might consider something that has been worn once to be 'new', but wear

constitutes use, and thus by ebay standards it is no longer 'new'.

If it has been worn once it has been used, and that means it is not 'new'.

You are right , she is wrong.

If you want something that is truly new look for "new with tags" or NWT in the title/description.
