I am assuming you paid once.
It could be that your transfer of money, cleared the e-cheque (and there is only 1 money transfer, not 2 in action).
Do nothing for now (unless you really don't have enough money in your bank).
If there is extra money moved, then manually transfer it back from paypal to your bank in a week or two.
