turbo lister error message

I opted into the businss policies and although I am figuring out things I have two problems:

1. When I upload new listing frm turbo lister, I get this error message, it still allows me upload, an the listing look fine once listed, but the the messsge goes with each and every one, an will not go away."shipping information provided is outdated and will be ignored"

2.  I have never tried to use calculated post before, and now I am having issues, they say the number I enter are in correct 

I would say for weight and dimensions for example:

1  (kg)  .500 (grams)

and the number only for cm.

anybody for suggestion..

is there a trick?

I don't know if this is the problem...but 500 grams would be 500 instead of .500
