I do not know where or who to talk to about this,  I left semi-negative feedback , justified, spent a lot of time thinking about the wording , and it disappeared off my acct.

There are many things you cannot say in a feedback, including references to Disputes or refunds.

All I can say here is that feedback is rarely altered so if yours was, and twice at that, there was clear reason to do so.

Feedback is only removable under certain circumstances, some being automatic and some being adjusted by Customer Service after a complaint.

This is the policy. Only you will know where your examples sat in this spectrum.
