be careful the seller. I bought Simon XTi but it's not the same as stated in description.

I had same experience with seller : Beware of this seller as well. i paid never shipped, said replacement was to come never came, asked for refund they asked me to wait more. First off, guys, we are not supposed to "name and shame" each other on these boards.

Second, it's ineffective, since only a few hundred members pay any attention to them.

For useful action, as you have learned, you have to go to the Resolution Centre and start a Dispute. You have only 45 days to do this. If a seller offers a replacement, it is best not to accept, but if you do, do not end the Dispute until you have the item and it is satisfactory.

You can leave feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings for 60 days.

You can leave a Response to any feedback indefinitely.

If you used Paypal to pay from your credit card, call their customer service number and ask for a chargeback. While credit cards have longer deadlines, this should still be done immediately.
