I tried to revise feedback for a seller and wasn't able to I got this message "This Feedback is not eligible for a revision"

It was my wife who posted this question, when she tried to revise the feedback she didn't realize that I hadn't logged out of ebay, so of course ebay wouldn't let her revise it. All fixed now, thank you for time to answer this question.

I was signed in, she jumped on to her email account and tried to it straight from there, which sent her to ebay where I was still logged in and she didn't notice it wasn't her account until after she posted the question.
