If you paid by paypal then they already have your address.

They just go to transaction number and issue a refund.

Your paypal ID is the eMail address you use when you log into paypal.

As previously stated your seller doesn't need that information to issue a refund.

However as they can find that information in their paypal history there is no harm in giving it to them anyway.
