what order do I put the measurements into the shipping calculator?

when I put my measurements in  the order I expect  them to go into it keeps  telling me the sizes too big even know the size is actually pretty small.

what order do I put the measurements into the shipping calculator?

Length, width, depth...The highest number is first, lowest is last.

 

What numbers are you putting in and what service is it for? The various Canada Post services have different minimum and maximum measurements. Also make sure that if you are inputting the measurements in cm that the calculator isn't set to inches.

 

If you are trying to set the calculator for light packet, the maximum depth is 2cm.
