As long as you are willing, however, while most buyers pay immediately, do check that eBay is not asking you to send an invoice. Usually this is because you did not list shipping charges or made some minor error that prevented the buyer from seeing them.

If there is no response on Day Four (96 hours) open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
About half of my customers apologize, pay up, and leave positive feedback.
The other half are never heard from again. I close the Dispute, get my fees back, and he gets a Strike which will make it harder to bid or buy in future. Neither of us can leave feedback.
